A part of the northwest quarter of the southwost quarter
and a part of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of
section 1, township 44, rarige 12, particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of the Dix Road, said
point being 30 feet east of the west line of said section aid 500
feet south of the south line of the Ten Mile Drive, thence south along
and with the east line of the Dix Road'. 100 feet, thence east at right
angle to the west line of said section 150 feet, thence north parallel
with said section line 100 feet, thence west 150; feet to the point of
beginning.
All in Jefferson "ity, Uole • 0ounty., Missouri.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and approval.

RFJL ESTATE AS HEREINAFTER DESERIBED, AND PROVIDING THAT THE SAME
SHALL BE CHANGED FROM A DISTRICT "B", A11D REZONED A11D REDISTRICTED
SO THAT THE SAME SHALL BEC')ME A DISTRICT 'IF" KNOWN AS A BUSINESS
DISTRICT*
Whereas., a. petition was filed with the Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, on the day of 1 .0 19489
praying for an amendment, reclassification and redistricting of
the boundaries of the zoning ordinm ces of the City of Jefferson,
and requesting a rezoning of the territory in said petition described,
and praying that a rezoning be had of the same to provide for the
best interests of the public, and,
Whereas., as is provided for by the zoning ordinances of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, a eotice of the filing of said petition
was published in the Jefferson ity Post Tribune July 6, 1946 and the
Daily Capital News June 22,23,24,25,26,29,30, July 1,2,3,7,8,9, and
lop 1948, said notice stating that all parties are hereby notified that
the City Council of the City of Jefferson would consider said change
at its first meeting after said publication had been made., aiid that public
hearings would be held on July 12 , 1948, arid,

JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereinafter t e following described real estate
may be used, occupied, build on and buildings canstructed thereon for
public purposes, and the same shall be cladsified as a District 'IF",
commonly known as a business district, as is now provided in the w ning
ordinm ces of the City of Jefferson, Missouri ., and said land so re-
zoned, reclassified and redistricted is more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Jefferson and Ashley
Streets; thence northerly along the easterly line of Jefferson Street,
198 feet 9 inches to the southerly line of the public alley; thence
easterly along the southerly line of said public alley to the eaaterly
line of Madison Street; thence northerly along the easterly line of
Maditon Street to the southerly line of the public alley in the block
between Monroe, Madison, unklin and Elm Street; thence easterly along
the southerly line of said public alley to the westerly line of Yunroe
Street to the northerly line of Ashley Street; thence westerly along the
northerly line of Ashl&y Street to the point of beginning.
