AN ORDINANCE accepting m d approving the plat of James R. and
Lillian Nilges a part of Outlot 1,110. 93, in the ('ity of Jefferson,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Dockery and Cordell
Streets; thence southerly along the easterly line of "ockery Street
491.3 feet; thence turning and angle of 110 degrees and 55 minutes to
the left for a distance of 316 feet; thence turning an angle of 22
degrees and 42 minutes to the left for a distance of 359. 5 feet; thence
turning an angle of 90 degrees to the left for a distance of 162. 66
feet to the southerly line of Cordell Street; thence westerly along and
with the southerly line of ordell Street, 438 feet to the point of Ah.
beginning.
The Plat of James R. J. and Lillian 1q.,lges and called Nilges
Subdivision of the part of O.Itlot No. 93.9 "is hereby attached and made
a part of this ordinance.
BE IT ORDAI1NED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . James R. , and Lillian Nilges owners of the real estate
hereinafter described and situate in the City of Jefferson, Uount'y of
Cole., State of Missouri , having submitted to the Uouncil of the City
of Jefferson., for its approval a Plat of said real estate, being a
part of 0 tlot No., 93, as described as: Beginning at the southeasterly
corner of"-ockery,,and Cordell Streets; thence southerly along the
easterly lfne of ockery Street, 491.3 feet; thence tunring an angle of
110 degrees and 55 minutes to the left for a distance of 316 feet;
thence turning an angle of 22 degrees and 42 minutes to the left for a
distance of 359. 5 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees to the
left for a distance of 162.66 feet to the southerly line of Cordell
Street; thence westerly along and with tne southerly line of Cordell
Street., 438 feet to the point of beginning as shown on the plat
attached., which is made a part of this ordinance. All of said subdivision
being within the corporate limits.
.11%nd it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed
and accepted by the owners of said "Nilges §ubdivision", that all
taxes have been paid thereon and in all other respects the requirements
of the Revised Statutes tatutes of Missouri, 1939, entitled "Plats" have been
complied with. eherefore the plat of land of James R. , and Lillian
Nilges, nown as "Nilges Subdivision" lying within the corporate limits
of the pity of Jefferson,, Missouri , as shown on the plat attached
hereto and amde part of this ordinance be and hereby is accepted and
approved by the ouncil aridi-the City Clerk, after its passage and
approval of this ordinance is hereby directed to endorse acceptance
and approval of said plat and to certify to the same under the seal and
approval of the Oity of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTIOn 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and. approval.

AN ORDINANCE CREATING A STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF ST. MARY'S BOULE-
VARD AiZ DIX ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CCU-NCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO T MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter all motor vehicles, motorcycles, or other
vehicles shall come to a full. and".,cbinplete stop before entering the
lontersection named below;
Stop on St. Maryls ljoulevard traveling in an easterly direction
or travelint in a Westerly directioD before entering the inter-
section of ix Ro ad andSt. Mary' s oulevard.
