FROM THE WEST LINE OF MYRTLE AVENUE TO THE EAST LINE OF BUENA VISTA
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON., MISSOURI.,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Edmonds
Avenue from the west line of 14,Ybtle Avenue to the east line of Buena
Vista Street be and hereby is estab ished as follows: beginning at the
center line of Edmonds Avenue where the same intereects the west line
of MYrtle Avenue, where the elevation of the grade shall be., 171.15;
thence 175 feet on a uniform grade, where the elevation of the grade
shall be., 158, 97; thence 100 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation
of the grade shall be., 154.91; thence 100 feet on a vertical curve where
the e3c vation of t he grade shall be, 167.49; thence 175 feet on a uniform
grade where the elevation of the grade shall be .. 194. 58; thence 100 feet
on a vertical curve where the ele vation oft he grade shall be., 209. 56;
thence 1.00 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grades
shall be , 219.56; thence 120 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation
of the grade shall be, 23D-. 96.
SECTION 2. All ordinances of parts of Ordinances in conflait
with -this ordinm ce are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. `this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
