AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE Or THE ROADWAY OF BUENA VISTA
STREET FRO M THE SOUTH PROPERTY LI1TE OF EDMONDS AVENUE, TO NORTH
PROPERTY LINE OF ETHELYUE EVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSOii., MISS01JR1,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade -line of the Roadway of 'Buena Vista
Street from the south property line of Edmonds Avenue to North
property line of Ethelyne Avenue, be and hereby is established as
follows: Beginning at the south property line of Edmonds Avenue,
where the e3e vation of the grade shall be.230.96; thence on a
uniform grade to the north property line of Ethelyne Avenue, where
the elevation of the grade shall be,260.00.
SECTION 2. All Ordinaices or parts of Ordinances In conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed*

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF ETHELYNE
AVENUE FFOM THE WEST PROPERTY LIf,IE OF BUENA VISTA STREFT TO THE
EAST PROPERTY LI._'E OF DULLE STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the oradway of Ethelyne
Avenue from the West property line of Buena Vista Street to the
east property line of Dulle Street, be and hereby is.established
as follows: Beginning at thv west property line of uena Vista
Street where the elevation shallebe, 260.00; thence 50 feet on a
uniform grade where the elevation shall be, 263.00; thence 50 feet
on a vertical curve, where the elevation of the curve shall be,
263.8; thence 501 on a vertical curve , where the elevation (f the
grade shall be, 260.22; thence 270 feet on a uniform grade to the
east property line of dulle Street, where the elevation shall be, 229.01.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflcit
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. this "rdinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

FROM THE EAST CURB LINE OF HOUCHIN STREET: THENCE ALONG THIS CENTER LINE
OF THE BALD HILL ROAD 9500 feet.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSOv, MISSOURI,
