AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TIT::'. GRADE OF THE ROADIJAY OF CORWIiV STREET
FROM A POINT 20 FEET I:ORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OI'' THE BALD HILL ROAD
TO THE NORTH LINE OF CORDELL STREFT.
BE IT C,RDATNED BY THE CITY CLERK OF TILE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line o+.' the roadway of Corwin Street
from a point 20 feet north of the south line of the Blad Hill Road to
the north line of Cordell Street, be and hereby is established as
follows; Beginning at the center line of Corwin Street, 20 feet north
of the south line of the Bald Hill Road, where the elevation of the
grade shall be , 1.03 2.50; thence 175 feet on a uniform grade, where the
elevation of the [amide shall be, 181.34; thence 50 feet on a vertical
curve where the olevation of the Parade shall be, 188. 08; thence 50
feet on a ertical curve where the elevation of t he grade shall be,
189. 00; thence 125 foot on a uniform grade where the elevation of the
grade shall be, 219.00; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the
elevation of the j;rndo shall be, 215.40; thence 50 feet on a vertical
curve where the elevation of the [trade shall be, 218. 58; thence 140
feet on a uniform grade to the north property line of �'ordell Street,
