DECEMBER 5, 1986
The Chairman caiied the meeting to order at 8!00 A^M^ at the Woodsman
Cafe. Attendinq were Chairman Medley, Bob East, B(ii Mockowifz, Max
Wiiiiamson, Pat Hardy, Bud Schmidt, John Drips, Brian M(ckeis and
Char Les Roberts.
MINUTES
The minutes of the October 30, 1986, meeting were deciared approved
as distriboled^
MISSION STATEMENT
Schmidt presented and reviewed the draft of the Committee Mission
Statement. The committee proposed certain revisions contained and
inciuded in the 12/8/86 revision (attached)^
CLUB HOUSE PROPOSALS
The Process of reviewing the proposals adopted by the Council was
reviewed. The Committee agreed to each review the proposals and
identify 3 or 4 to interview^
GROUNDS ISSUES
1^ Bidding ferti|izers/herbicides�
This matter was referred to the Committee by the Councils Brian
Mickeis expLained that the purchase of materials encompassed the
sciection of a variety of types of materiais,for treatment of a
variety of soii and turf conditions, and expiained the difficuity
of specifying these materials, After further discussion, the
committee recommends against bidding these materials but encourages
the Golf Course Superintendent to continue to shop for the best
prices on comparable materiais^

1987 Project List
Brian Mickeis presented a minor project List as requested b� the
committee at a prior meetinq^ He asked that the Committee con—
sider this List, add to it and take it up for consideration at
their next meeting. (copy attached)
CONTRACT UPDATE
Schmidt reviewed the status and progress on the contract negotiations^
