• WHEREAS, an election was duly held on August 13, 1988 to elect
one Council Member, and
WHEREAS, a canvass of the election showed the following results;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS THAT:
1. The above canvass be and is hereby, approved:

is hereby declared to have been elected as City Council Member
to serve until May, 1989 and until his successor is duly elected
