AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF LEE STREET FROM
THE EAST PROPERTY LINE OF DOCITERY STREET TO SOUTH LIETE OF CORDELL
STREET.
BE IT ORDAI1,ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSOA, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Lee Street
from the property line of ""ookery Street to south line of Cordell
Street be and hereby is established as follows: Beginning at the
e.ast property of -ockery Street, where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 274.60; 'thence on a uniform grade for a distance of 100
feet, where the elevation shall be 268.12; thence 50 feet on a
vertical curve where the elevation shall be 265. 50; thence 50 feet
on a vertical curve where of the grade shall be 264.14; thence 346
feet on a uniform grade to the south line of Crodell Street, where
the elevation of the grade shall be 258. 94.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTIOv 3, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
