AN ORDINANCE levying and assessing a special tax bill against the
lots or tracts of land frontigg or abutting on the roadway of Dix
Road from the north line of Industrial road, north to the end of the
curb on Lix Road, all of said improvement is within the limits of
sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing Listrict
Number Six (6) of the ,ity of Jefferson MIssouri .
BE IT ORDAIi�ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, . MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. there is hereby levied and assessed at the rate afd
cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance
against the aggregate dots or tracts cf land fronting or abutting on the
roadway of Dix noad from the north line Of Industrial Road, north to
the end of the curb on J"'ix Road, all of said improvement is within the
limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing
Listrict Number Six (6) of the ity of Jefferson, Missouri , for the
improvement of said street, aforesaid by repairing, surfacing and
resurfacing the sum pf $572.10 as the cost that is levied by statue
for the improvement of said streel,; and the number of front feet fronting
or qbuttling said roadway of saidstreet aforesaid, amounts to 953. 5
and the cost price per running foot is $0.60
SECTION 2. or the purpose of paying for said improvement of
said roadway of Dix-hoad from tare north line of Industrial Road, north
to the end of the curb line of ix hoadf all of said improvement is
within the limits of sprinkling; oiling, repairing, surfacing and
resurfacing District Number Dix (6) of the C ity of Jefferson, Missouri ,
there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of 0.60 as a special tax
against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting the said road-
way of the said street aforesaid and contained in such lots or tracts
of land fronting or abutting said improved roadway of said street
aforesaid.
SECTION 3. he name of each property owner or owners and the
description of the lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on each
side of the Dix Road, from the north line of Industrial Road, north
to the end of the curb on Dix Road, all of said imppovement is within
the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repdiri g, surfacing and resurfacing
District Number Six (6) of the ity of Jefferson, M-ssouri , the
number of front feet owned by each owner or owners in the lots or
tracts of land owned and abutting said block or street, the cost prices
per front foot for said improvement and the amount hereby levied and
assessed as a special tax for said improvement against each lot or
piece of ground fronting said roadway of said street aforesaid is as
follows:
CHURCH OF CHRIST of Jefferson City, Missouri , fronting 36 feet on the
Dix Road and running ack westerly parallel to the fourth quarter section
line, 367.3 feet. @he north line lying 97 feet south of the north
line of the southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 2
Township 44 Range 12*
Assessment 36.0 feet @ $0.60 Cost $21.60
