the within mentioned work in accordance with the Ordininces of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of work in accordance
with the Charter of said ity in regard to said work and according to
the Statutes of the State of Missouri, as made and provided.
SECTION 5. hisoDrdinance shall take effect and be in force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF THE DIX ROAD
FRCM THE NORTH SIDE OF THE i�ORTH LANE ON THE U. S. HIGHWAY No 50.
TO THE CENTER OF ST. MARY'S BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE- CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 10 That the grade line of the roadway of the Dix 'load,
from the north side of the north lkne of the U. S. Highway No. 50 to
the center of St* Mary' s Doulevard be and hereby Is established asx:bft1
follows:
Beginning on the north side of the north lane of U. S. Highway No. 501,
hwere the elevation of the grade is , 153. 12; thence 450 feet on a uniform
grade where the elevation of the grade shall be, 171. 96; thence 50 feet
on a vertical curve where the elevation oft he grade shall be, 174.40;
thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall
be., 177.50; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the
grade shall be, 181.28; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve whore the
elevation of the grade shall be, 185.74; thence 200 feet on a uniform
grade where the elevation of the grade shall be , 204. 91; thence 50 feet
on a vertical curve where the elevation cf the grade shall be, 2C8. 83' ;
thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade
shall be 211.01; thence 15 feet to the center of St. Mary's Boulevard
where the elevation oft he grade shall be., 211.4.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict
with this 'ordinance are hereby repealed.
