AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SPEED LIMIT OF VOTOR VEHICLES ON CERTAIN
STREETS IN JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any p-rson, firm or cor-
oration to drive any automobile, truck, wagon, or other vehicle
in excess of twenty (20) miles per hour on the following streets of
the City of Jefferso :-, Missouri , to-wilt
On Blad H112 Road Anom Clark Avenue to Cardinal Street.
On dunklin Street from Broadway to Highway 50.
Section 2. All ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3, his ordinance shalltake effect and be in force
from and after Its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THR MAYOR OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,, MISSOURI ,,
A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF BEFFERSOR, MISSOURI, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. he Mayor of the city of Jefferson, Missouri , a
municipal coMoration is hereby authorized and directed to sign and
execute on behalf of the ity of Jefferson, Missouri, a municipal
ko
corporation and the ity Clerk is hereby authorized to,attest the
Mayor' s signature and affix the official seal of said ity of Jefferson
to a quit claim deed conveying to Lharles I. Shelton and LeVere B.
&'helton, his wife, and Elliott Dampf, all pf said City's right, title
and interest of whatsoever nature and description to tie easterly five
(5) feet of Lot NO. 16 in '2ird Haven Addition to the ity of.
Jefferson, MIssouri. said Bird Haven Addition being part of 0 tlot No.
67 In said City of Jefferson, MIssouri as shown on plat of said
addition of record in the office of the Recorder of Deeds, Cole county,
MIssouri inplat book No. 4 Page 12.
