That the City Clerk shall be and le 1s direbtved to transmit a certified copy ofthis ordinance to the Board of Reg- istrars of the City of Jefferson, and that said "'oard and the members thereof be and they are hereby requested to take such action as may be required of them by law in the premises. SECTION 8. That all ordinances or arts of ordinances in conflict qith this ordinance shall be and the same are hereby re- pealed, insofar as they may so conflict. SECTION 9. BE IT ORDAINED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: j4r SECTION 1. There Is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost :)rice per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Oridinance against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of the Dix Road from the north line of Industrial Road south to the north line of St. Mary' s Boulevard, all of said improve- ment is within the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing of District Number Seven (7) of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of said roadway of said street , aforesaddo by repairing, surfacing and resurfacing the sum of $1458.00 as the cost that is levied by statue for the improvement of said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said street aforesaid, Rmounts to 2430 feet ad the cost price per running foot is $0.60. SECTION 2. For the purpose of aying for said improvement of said roadway of the Dix Road from the north line of Industrial Road south to the north line of St. Mary' s Boulevard, all of said improvement Is within the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing -Ljistrict Number Seven (7) of the ity of Jefferson, M ssouri, there is hereby levied arid assessedtthe sum of $0.60 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting the said roadway of the said street aforesaid, and contained in such lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting said improved roadway of said street aforesaid. SECTION 3. The name of each prmperty owner or owners and the des- cription of the lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on each side of the Dix Road from the-north line of Industrial road south to the north line of St. Mary' s ,oulevard, al , of said improvement is withing the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing District Nomber Seven (7) of the City of Jefferson, M, ssouri, the number of fron feet owned by each owner or owners in the lots or tracts of land owned and abutting said block :.-)r street , the cost price per front foot for said improvement and the anount thereby levied and assessed as a sp cial tax for said improvement against each lot or piece of ground fronting said roadway of said street aforesaid is as follows: (SEE ATTACHED SHEETSa SECTION 4. That the ity Clerk is hereby instructed to make out special tax bills in f9vor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the within mentioned work in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , relative to said kind of work in accordance with the Charter of said City in regard to said work and according to the Statutes of the State of M, ssouri, as made and provided.
