AN ORDINAICE RELATING TO THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY COMLLYING
WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF AND THE PROVISIONS OF THE BUILDING CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON PERTAINING TO ITS FIRE LIMITS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS.:
Section 1. That the hereinafter described real estate situate
within Jefferson City, Cole county, Missouri described as follows,
to wit:
Inlot 787 arid, 791, or the west 4 of the block between Elm
Street, "unklin Street'. Mulberry and Broadway Streets. .
shall be required to comply with the provisions of the building
code of the City of Jefferson pertailng to what is known as its
fire limits.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall ake effect and be in force
from and fter its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE EXCLUIXNG CERTAIN DESCRrBED PROPERTY AS HEREINAFTER SET
OUT FROM THE REGULATIONS OF THE FIRE ZONES AND LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI.
BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following-described real estate situate on
Industrial Avenue, Oefferson City, M'Lssouri, being owned by the
Missouri Pacific Railroad Company and leased by it to the Colcoma
Oil Company, of Jefferson City, Y--ssouri,, for the bulk storage of
gasoline in above-ground upright tanks , is herewith exempted and
excluded from the effect. and op(-:ration of the fire sones and limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri; said real estate being described
as follows, to wit:
