From the intersection of the South line of Section 1,
Township 44 , Range 12, with the centerline of the
Bagnell Branch of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence
southeasterly along the centerline of said tract 657
feet., more or less; thence southwesterly at right angles
to the centerlineof said tract 50 feet to the intersection
of the southerly line of the right of way of the M-, ssouri
Pacific Railroad with the west line of property formerly
owned by Max Baer, thence southerly along the west line
of the property formerly owned by Max Baer 107. 9 feet to
the point of beginning; thence in a southeasterly direction
parallel with the southerly line of the Missouri 2acific
right of way 130 feet; thence south and parallel with the
west line of the property formerly wwned by Max Baer 60 feet;
thence In a northwesterly direction parallel with the
southerly line of the right of way of the Missouri Pacific
Railroad 130 feet; thence north along the line of the
property form6rly owned by Max Baer 60 feet to the point
of beginning.
Section 2. Al; ordinances of parts of ordinances in conf,let
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 8. this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
