S. Highway No. 50 to the Intersection-of Dix Road and St. Mary' s Boulevard) in the City of Jefferson, Mjssouriq for the improvement of the said aodway by grading, curbing and paving with cement concrete . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF JEFFERSOT, , AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. There is hereby levied andassessed at the rate and cost per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Dix Road, from the north edge of the concrete slab on U.S. Highway No. 50 to the intersection of Dix Road and St. Mary's Boulevard, in the City of Jeffers n, YIssouri , fork the im- provement of the roadway of Dix Road aforesaid, including such grading as may be necessary for the reception of a cement didewalk the sum of $13,693.89 as the total costs of the improvement of said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said Dix Road aforedaid, between the aforesaid streets'amounts to 1827, running feet; the cost price per running foot is $7#49528. Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said roadway of Dix Road, from the north edge of the concrete slab on U. S.
