SECTIO14 2. 'I'his Ordinance shall take effect and be in force

AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SALARY TO BE PAID TO THE MANAGER OF THE
JEFFERSON CITY MEMORIAL AIRPORT OF' THE CITY OF JEFFERSO7. MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERS01-1.
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Ivianager of the Jefferson City Memorial
Airport of the City of Jefferson, Missouri shall receive $200. 00
per month as salary; said salary to start as of November 11, 1948.
SECTION 2. hll Ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. 'his ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from anO .after its passage and approval.

Whereas , the City y ouncil of the Gity of Jefferson, on its
own motion on the 6th say of Dece,nber, 11",4n, requested an ar-.:end-
ment , reclassification and redistricting of tl-.e boundaries of the
zoning ordinances of the `'it;: of Jefferson, said boundaries and
territory.-hereinafter described, and that a rezoning be 'rad of
the same and that it would be for the best Interest Of' the public,

Whereas, as Is Provided for by the zoning ordinances of
the City of Jefferson, 1, issouri , a notice was published in the
Jefferson City Post Tribune Decc-mber 27,20,29,30 and 31 , 19489
said notice stating that all parties are ':;nreby notified that the
City Council of the �'ity of Jefferson would consider said chnnge at
its ffrst meeting after said publication had been made , and that
