AN ORDINANCE PIIGVIDI14G FOR THE REZONING AND REDISTRICTING OF CERTAIN
REAL ESTATE AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, AND PROVIDING THAT THE SAME
SHALL BE CHANGED FROM A "C" DISTRICT AND A "B" DISTRICT, AND REZONED
AND REDISTRICTED SO THAT THE SAME SHALL BECOME AN "F" DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, a petition was filed with the City Clerk of the City
of Jefferson., Missouri, on the day of 0 1948,
praying for an amendment, recia—s-slcation anW-rMistricting of the
boundaries of the zaing ordinances of the City of JeffersDn, and
requesting a rezoning of the territory in said petition described,
and praying that a rezoning be had of the same to provide for the
best interest of the public, and
WHEREAS, as is provided for the zoning ordinances of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, a notice of the filing of said
petition was published in the Daily Capital Bews February 1 .2.3,4, ad
and 5, 1949, said notice stating that &11 parties are hereby
notified that the City Council of the ity of Jefferson would consider
said change at its first meeting after said publication had been made,
and that public hearinfs would bw held on February 7. 1949, and,
THEREFORE., BE IT DRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CDTY OF
HEFFERSONt MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereinafter the following described real estate
may be used, occupied, built on and buildings constructed thereon
for public purposes, aid the same shall be classified as a District
"F". as Is now provided in the zoning ordinances of the City of
Jefferson., Missouri and said land so rezoned, reclassified arid re-
districted is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Inlots 787 and 791, or the west 4 of the block between Elm
Street,, Dunklin Street, Mulberry and Broadway Streets,, City of
Jefferson., Missouri.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. this ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage and approval.

JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI-, AS FOLLOWS:
Sectign 1. That the warranty Deed from Henry Guhleman
arid Jane T. LTuhleman to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, conveying
