BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI., AS FOLLOWSs
Section That the warranty Deed from Cliff Scruggs
and "'argaret M. Scruggs to the city of Jefferson,, Missouri,
conveying to said City the following described real estate, to wit:
Lot 3e-of Scruggs and Guhleman's re-subdivision
of Lots 1 to 10 of Irginia Place in the ity ,of
Jefferson, Missourit Said Virginia Place 'Being a
subdivision-of the southwesterly part of Outlot

An ORDINANCE PROVIDING NO PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE CF (L ARK AVENUE
FROM MCCARTY STREET TO THE ALLEY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COLTNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERS)N.9
MISSOURI, AS FOLL.(MIS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any oerson,
firm or corporation, to park any automobile, truck, wagon,
or any other vehicle on thee ast side of Clark Avenue from
McCarty Street running in a coutherly direction to the first alley
south of McCarty I Street.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of tlf-is
ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of
not more than one hundred ($100.00) , or imprison.eint not to exceed
ninety (90) days, or boty fine and imprisonment.
