BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Hereafter all motor vehicles, motorcycles, or other vehicles shall come to a full and complete stop before entering the intersections named below: All vehicular traffic traveling in the southerly ditection on Hub Street Stop on Hub Street before entering the intersection at McCarty Street. All vehicular traffic traveling in a so,-itherly. direction on Manilla S'reet Stop on Manilla Street before entering the intersection at McCarty Street. Section 2. 41-ny person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of misdemeanor acrd subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) , or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both fine and imprisonment. AT THE GENERAL CITY,ELECTION TO BE HELD IN SAID CITY ON TUESDAY., APRIL 5, 1249, OF A PROPOSITION FOR THE INCURRING OF INDEBTEDNESS AND THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS (DF SAID CITY IN THE XOUNT OF TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($22,,000) FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING ADDITIONAL APPARATUS USEFUL IN THE EXTINGUISHING OF FIRES.
