Burlbaw aud ­arie 'iarlbaw, his wifo, owners of the real estate hereinafter described arid situated in the ity of Jefferson, Missouri, having su�)mitted to the council for its,approval a Plat of said real estate, being a part of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 1., township 44, Raiige 12 in the City of Jeffersont Missouri particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot "A# thence southerlu along the westerly line of said Lot, 539.8 feet, to the southwest corner of said ilot, thence south 69 0 451 east along arid with the southerly line of Lot "A", 220.02 feet, thence north- 150 301 east and parallel with the west line of Hughes Street 531 feet to the inter- section of the south line of Lot 20 of Jordan's Resubdivision thence west along the southerly line of Lots 20,19,18,17, and 16 of said Jordan's Resubdivision 224.4 feet to the place of beginning, as shown on the attached plat, known and referred to as the Scheperle sub- division, and made a cart of this Ordinance; all of which said Sub- division being within the corporate limits of the "ity of Jefferson, Missouri. And It appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said 'ubdivision known and referred to as Scheperle 'ubdLvision; that all taxes thereon have been paid; and in all other respects the requirements of kwo hapter 82, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1939, entitled "P-ats" have been fully complied with by the aforesaid o�,�riers of said Subdivision. THEREFORE, the plat of land of the said oy Scheptle and 'arie Scheperle, his wifw and .plat C. Strong arid ubie D. Strong, his wife and hoy 'Tharp and Vivian Tharp, his wifw and II-erbert J. Burlbaw and "arie 'urlbaw, his wife,, known and referred to as Scheperle Subdivision, lying and being within the corporate limits of the �`ity of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby accepted and approved by the `'ity Council of the (jity of Missouri,"ssouriv and the MavQr of said City; and the "ity Clerk of the `'ity of Jefferson, Missouri , after passage and approval of this Ordinance is herobv directed to endorse acceptance and approval of said plat thereon; Mid to certify to the a-)proval of same under the Seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
