AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF THE ALLEY IN THE
BLOCK BETWEEN BOLIVAR, CLAY, mCCARTY AvD MILLER STRED.TS.
BE IT CRDAIED BY THE CITY CC)Ui\,CIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOTJRI,,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION! 1 "hat the grade line of t he roadway of t he alley in the
bLock between 'olivar, Clay, McCarty and Miller Streets, be and hereby
is established as follows; Beginning at the west curb line of Bolivar
Street, where the elevation of the grade is, 132.60; thence 15 feet on a
vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be,,162.2; thence
15 feet on a vertical curve where the . elevation of the grade shall be,
131.43; thence 20 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the
grade shall be, 11300!'!Oj;thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 127. 59; thence 50 feet on a vertical
curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 126.25; thence 312.5
feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be
125.00
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby re.,)ealed.
SECTION 3. this Ordinance shall take effect acid be in force
