AN ORDINANCE accepting and approving the plat of Arthur Ht3isinger and
"ylvester Lohman, such plat being part of South-Half of 0 tlot No.
98 of City of Jefferson, Missouri and described more paribularly as
follows*- Beginning at southwest corner of 0 V tlot No. 98 of City of
Jefferson; thence N-540- E along gouth line of said Outlot 1320 feet
to the southeast corner of said 0 tlot; thence north along east line of
said Ootlot 648.5 feet; thence west parallel with south line of said
Outlot 170 feet; thence south parallel with east line of said OUtlot 230 .Coo'
AM feet; thence in southwesterly direction 1150 feet to a point on the west
line of said Outlot said point being 160 feet from the southwest corner of
said Outlot if measured along the west line of said Outlot; thence in a
southwesterly direction along west line of said 0,,tlot 360 feet to place
of beginning.
The aforesaid plat of Arthur Reisinger and ylvester Lehman, to
, the subdivision to be known and refer* red to as Win8ton Heightb Subdivision,
is herebyattached acrd amde a part of this Or' diance.

FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Arthur -lieisinger ajid '-ylvester Lohman, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described arid situated in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, having submitted to the ouncil for its approval a Plat of
said real estate, being part of South Half of 0,,tlot No. 98 of ity of
Jefferson, Missouri, add described more particularly as follows-,
Beginning at southwest corner of Outlot No. 98 of amity of Jefferson,
Missouri; thence N-54o -E along south line of said 0 tlot 1320 feet to
the southeast corner of said Outlot; thence north albng east line of said
0 tlot 648. 5 feet; thence west parallel with south line of said OUt-
16t 170 feet; thence south parallel with east line of said 0 V tlot 230
feet; thence in southwesterly direction 1150 feet to a point on the
west line of said 0 tiot said point being 360 feet from the southwest
corner cpf measured Long the west line of said O'�tlot; thence in a south-
westerly direction along west line of said Outlot 360 feet to place of
beginningg as shown on the attached plat, known and referred to as the
Winston kieights '>ubdivision and amde a part of this Ordinance; all of
which said Winston Heights Aubdivision being within the corporate
limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
And it appearing that said plat has beeii duly and properly
signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision known and referred
to as Winston Heights Subdivision; that alit a6es thereon have been paid;
arid in. all other respects the requirements of hapter 82, Revided StAtates
afnMissouri, 1959, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of said subdivision.
THEREFORE, the plat of land of the said Arthur lieisinger and
Sylvesterl Lohman, known and referred to as Winston Heights bubdivisiong
lying and being within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, ash shown by the said plat hereto attached anLI amde a part of
this Ordinance, is hereby accepted and approved by the ,ity ouncil of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, arid the Mayor of said City; and the City
Clerk of the Gity of Jefferson, M, ssouri, after passage arid approval of this
Ordinance is hereby directed to endorse acceptaixe and approval of said
plat thereon, and to -certify to the appr val of same under the Seal of
the said City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. this ordinance shall take effect and beitin force from
and after its passage and approval.
Section. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
