BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL 01'- THE CITY OF JEFFERSO N,, M ISSOUBE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of High Street along the center line,,
as shown by Missouri State Highway Department Plans, of High Street,
from the intersection of the center line of High and Mulberry Streets,,
to the int,,rsection of the center line of High and Bolivar Streets,
be and hereby are re-established as follows:
Beginning at the center line, as shown by Missouri State Highway
Department Plans, of High amd Mulberry Streets, where hhe elevation
of the grade is, 133.24; thence 25 feet on a uniform grade where.the
elevation of the grade shall be, 132.74; thence 125 feet on a vertical
curve where the elevation oft he grade shall be, 132.20 ; thence 125
feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall'obe
135.77; thence 335 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation oft ane
grade shall be, 150.84; thence 212 feet on a vertical curve where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 158. 93; thence 212 feet on a vertid
curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 164.16; thence 5
feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade s1s 11 be,,
164.52; thence 25 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation f the
grade sha; ; be, 164. 71; thence 16 feet on a uniform grade where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 164. 77; thence 50 feet on a vertical
curve where the elevati on o f t he grade shall be, 165.08; t hence 50
feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall e
165.64 thence 293.4 feet on a uniform grade to the cen ter of Bolivar
Street, where the elevation of the grade 13, 169. 63.
All elevations refer to the Jefferson City, Missouri Directrix as
as established by Ordinance., same being 427.86 less than Ilevations
shown on State Highway P, ans for the same point
SECT-TOP 2. All Ordinances of parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION3 A.his Urdinai ce shall take effect and be in force
from and after its'passage and approval .
