Dorr Oresident of the touricil, Act, Mayor #5146 Av ORDINANCE condemning private property and rights for the High Street Viaduct and Pavement improvement arid for the Walnut Street Bridge and Pavement Improvement as shown by the plans for said improvement as filed with the City Clerk arid authorizing and dir- ecting the City Attorney of the city of Jefferson to bring an action and prosecute the same to final conclusion, as provided by law, to ascertain the benefits and dam ages fort he t& Ing of pri- vate property, or rights therein, for the const ruction, reconstruc- tion, improvement, and altering of High Street from the East line of !v'ulberry Street to the intersection of the centerline of High Street and Bolivar Street and ALSO Walnut Street from a point 237 feet north oft he centerline of High Street thence running south along and with Walnut Street 527 feet, all as shown on the plans for the improvemetLof said street as prepared and submitted by, the State Highway Commission of Missouri, which said plans are on file in the office o f the City Clerk of the "'ity of Jefferson, and providing for the peFment of den ages for said improvement out of any funds available in the City Treasury, and repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in coflict with this ordinance.
