RESOLUTION CANCELLING GRANT BALANCES
WHEREAS, the following grant receivable balances and grant
appropriation balances have been pledged to a capital project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to formally cancel the receivable balance and
the offsetting appropriation reserve balance from the balance sheet;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following grant
receivable and appropriation reserve balances be cancelled:
