Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinnces in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.

AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. , he following described real estate situate in the

the effect arid operation of the fire zone and limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri: Said real estate being described as all that
part of Inlot 290 arid 291 that lies west of the center line of the
Missouri Pacific Railroad Bagnell 3ranch track.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this 6rdinance are hereby repealed.
