AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF AN UNNAMED STREET,
THE CENTER LINE OF SAID STREET BEING DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT A
POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF JACKSON STREET, 178.5 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH
LINE OF UNION AVENTUE: THENCE WEST 205 FEET PARALLEL TO UNION AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of an unnamed street
the center line of said street being described as: Beginning at a
point on the west line of Jackson Street, 178.5 feet north of the
north line of Union Avenue, where the elevation of the grade shall be,
242.7; thdnce 205 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the
grade shall be, 249.02.
SECTION 2. ;his Ordinance shall t ake effect and be in force from alid
after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEY FO THE ? URPOSE OF PURCHASING CERTAIN
RIGHT-OF-WAY AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONt MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section . where is hereby appropriated out of ajiv money
of the City Treasury of the ity of Jefferson, Missouri aarried in
what is known as the '�iaduct"Fund, not otherwise appropriated in the
amount of $99,450.00, said sum to be paid for the purpose of right-
of way and construction easements and change of grade of street in the
construction of the High Street viaduct and W alnyt Street Bridge,
said sum to be distributed as follows to-wit: 099,450.00 to be paid
to guy N. ,one, Jerk of the Circuit ourt of Cole county, 1;:,ssouri,
for the purpose of depositing said sum of maney with said clerk to
pay the award of the commissioners a:)pointed in the said condemnation
suit, Cole ounty Oourt Number 11,900, said sum to be distributed in
accordane with said commissioners reoort.
