MISSOURI, A MUwIC IPAL CORPORATION, TO SIGN AND EXECUTE A CE RTAI1'
AGREEMENT ON THE PART OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
HEREI1vAFTER SET OUT.

MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The blayor of the amity of Jefferson, Missouri,
a municipal corporation, is hereby authorized and directed
to sigg and execute on behalf of the ity of Jefferson, M, ssouri ,
a certain agreement, the terms of said agreement to be as follows,
to-wit:
A G R E E M E N T
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this the lst day
of tuly , 1949 by and between the ity of Jefferson,�Vlissouri ,
a municipal corporation, existing by and under the laws of the
State of Missouri, hereinafter referred to as Party of the First
Part, and Raymond Brummet, doing business as Brummet Aircraft
Company, hereinafter referred to as Tarty of the Second Part, and
_ WHEREAS" the Barty of the First Part, said City of Vefferson,
PVI ssouri , a municipal corporation has arr airport, same being known
as the' Jefferson City Memorial irport, and
WHEREAS, the Party oft he Second Tart has leased from Party
of the First Part certain portions of said "irport, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of said Second tarty to operate
and conduct aviational operations and related services on the
premises that said Second tarty has leased under separate agreement
with said rirst Party.
140W, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the vcovenants
and agreements herein contained said Second arty sra 11 have the
right and privileges for a period of one ,yeas commending on the
1st day of July, 1949 and ending on the 30th day of Uune, 1950 to
engage and conduct the following types of business from said Second
Party's leased premises as follows: Student instruction; plane
bental; aircraft charter and passenger rides; crop spraying, dusting
aiid seeding; "ircraft and engine repair work in general; sale of new
and used aircraft parts; Sale of new and uned aircraft; Sale of
aviation accessories; Gasoline and oil sales arid services; Hanger
rental and tib-down service; Aerial advertising.
It is mutually agreed by the parties hereto that said
Second Party will pay said first -party for the right anc privilege
to conduct the above enumerated operations and services the regular
s6hedule of fees as now provided by City Ordinace. said fees shall
be pro-rated on a monthly basis for the term of this agreement and
said monthly fees shall be paid in advance on said pro-rated monthly
basis on the first day of a ach callendar month.
It is mutually agreed by the parties hereto that said
Second ;arty shall have the right and privilege to start immediately
said operations and services upon the execution of t1is agreement.
It id mutually agreed by the parties hereto that said
Second Tarty shall not assign a-p part of this agreement without
the written consent of the irst .,arty so to do, and further
covenant atid agree as follows:
