And it appearing that said p1lat has been duly and properly
signed arid accepted by the owners of said subdivision known and
referred to as Southwood Hills Addition; that all taxes thereon have
been paid; and In all other respects the requirements of Uhapter 829
Revised Statutes of Yissouri, 1939, entitled "PlAtS" have been
fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision.
THEREFORE, the plat of land of the said Charles Me Lancaster
and -�lva G. Lancaster, his wife, We C. Davis arid Ola V. Davis,, his
wife, and George We Lord arid Janet R. Lord, his wife, known arid
referred to as outhwood Hills Addition, lying and being within the
corporate limits� of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , as shown by
the said plat hereto attached arid made a el art of this Ordinance, is
hereby accepted arid approved by the City ouncil of the C�ty of
Jefferson, Missouri, arid the V1W or of said City; and the ity
lerk of the city of Jefferson, Missouri , after passage aAd approval
of this Ordinance is hereby directed to endorse acceptance arid
approval of said plat htereon, and to certify to the approval
of same under the Seal of the said City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
Section 3. "ll Ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.

65,68,74 and 75 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO RI, INTO
LOTS UNDER THE SUBDIVISION NAME OF "HEDGEWOOD HEIGHTS (BLOCK A) "
AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID "HEDGEWOOD HEIGHTS (BLOCKA)" AND
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF STREETS, AVENUES, AND EASEMENTS AS
SET FORTH ON SAID PLkT.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,, AS
