AN ORDINANCE GREATING STOP SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF FAIRY10UNT
BOULEVARD AED MOREAU DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter all motor vehicles, motorcycles, or
other vehicles shall come to a full and complete stop before enter-
ing the intersection named biblow:
Stop on Fairmount Jdoulevard before entering the inter-
section at Moreau Drive.
Section 2. Xny person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a
fine of nob more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or imprison-
ment riot of exceed ninety (90) days, or both fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. 'his ordinance shall be in force from and after
its passage and appi-oval.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in donflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
