THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIr4ED BY THE CITY COUIXIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereinafter the following described real estate
may be used, occupied. bihilt on and buildings constructed thereon
for public purposes, and the same shall be classified as a District
"B", as is now provided in the zoning ordinances of the �'ity of
Jefferson, Missouri and said and so rezoned, reclassified and re-
districted is more particularly described as follows., to-wit:
Partrof Lot No. thirty One (31 ) of Hutchinson's
Subdivision of oUtlots Six (6) 9 Eight (8) and
Nine (9) of the Ity of Jefferson, Missouri, de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the north east corner of said lot
Thirty One (31 ) , thence southerly along the
easterly line thereof fity (50) feet four (4 )
inches to the southeasterly corner thereof, thence
westerly along the southerl�h line one hundred foru
(104) feet; thence northerly parallel with the
wasterly line fifty (50) feet foru (4) inches to
the northerly line; thence eaaterly to the point
of b eginning.
Section 2. All ordinances or arts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. this ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE7HEZZIONING AND REDISTRICTING OF CERTAIN
REAL ESTATE AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, AND -ROVIDI1\1G THAT THE SAME
SHALL BE CHANGED FROM AN "A" DISTRICT A14D REZONED ANDREDISTRICTED
SO THAT THE SAME SHALL BECOME A "B" DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, a petition was giled with the Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, praying for an amendment, reclassification and
redistricting of hhe boundaries of the zoning ordinances of the City
of Jefferson, and requesting a rezoning of the territory in said
petition described, and praying that a rezoning be had of the same
to provide for the best interest of the public, and
WHEREAS, as is.6 provided for the zoning ordinances of the
9ity of Jefferson, M ssouri, a notice of the filing of said
petition was published in tne Post Tribune June 19 2 and 3, 1949,
Daily Capittl News June 4., 1949 and sunday News and Tribune June 5.
1949, said notice stating that all parties are hereby notified that
the City Council of the City of Jefferson would consider said changer
at its firs* meeting after said publication had been m de, and that
public hearings would be held on June 6, 1949, and,
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSOiq , MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

for public purposes, and the same shall be classified as a District
"B", as is now provided in the zoning ordinances of the city of
Jefferson, Missouri and said land so rezoned, reclassified and re-
districted is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
