CALL TO ORDER II. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS 1. Self introductions of newly appointed Oversight Board members and staff. 2. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair for the Oversight Board. 3. Request the Successor Agency staff to give a brief overview of duties and procedures of the Temple City Oversight Board. 4. Designation of a Successor Agency staff person who shall serve as the point of contact for the State Department of Finance inquires. 5. Approval of Oversight Board Rules and Procedures. 6. Establishment of dates, times and location of the regular meetings of the Oversight Board. III. NEW BUSINESS 7. Review Recognized Obligation Payment Schedules (ROPS) for the period of January 1, 2012 - June 30, 2012: RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. OB-1 approving the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) for the period of January 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012. 8. Review Recognized Obligation Payment Schedules (ROPS) for the period of July 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. OB-2 approving the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) for the period of July 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. 9.
