RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMOUNTS TO BE PAID
TO POTTER ARCHITECTS
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") has entered
into a Professional Services Agreement to provide
architectural services in connection with Borough's Library
and Community Center Project (the "Project") with Potter
Architects ("Potter"); and
WHEREAS, said Professional Services Agreement provides that
the amount to be paid is based on a percentage of the bid
award for the Project; and
WHEREAS, certain amounts have previously been approved; and
WHEREAS, the Borough has made an award of bid in connection
liwith the Project;
I!iNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council
of
the Borough of Carteret that the amount of payments
authorized to be made to Potter Architects is increased in an
amount not to exceed $184,449.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of this increase shall be
published in the Homes News Tribune on July 24, 1998.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect
immediately.
Adopted this 20th day of July, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 21, 1998.

CENTER.
NOT TO EXCEED $184,449.00
According to the terms set tbrth in RESOLUTION.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set
tbrth in Resolution.
