AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 72., WITHIN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINIING WHE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAI14ED BY THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Thet the City Council of the City of Jefferson..
Missouri ., hereby declares and ordelihs that it deems it necessary
f6r sanitary purposes and for the health of its inhabitants of the
city to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No. 72, and said district to be established with location and bound-
aries as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Gipfert Lane
and St. Mary's Boulevard; thence north along the east side of Gipfert
Lane 190 feet; thence east parallel to St. lilarylu Boulevard to a
point that is 110 feet west of if measured at right angles to the
west line of a north and south alley on the west side of Dulle 's
Addition; thence south 40 feet; thence east parallel to St. b►ary' s
Boulevard to a point on the west line of lot 23 of Dulle 's Addi-
tion; thence north along the west line of said lot to the north-
west corner thereof; thence east along the south line of an alley
and the extension thereof to the east line of Michigan Street; thence
north to the northwest corner of lot 10 of t'ulle 's Additionl thence
east to the northeast corner of lot 7 of said addition; thence south
to the southeast corner of said lot 7; thence westerly along and with
the northerly line of St. Mary' s 'oulevard 1977 feet, more of less,
to the point of beginning.
