AN ORDINIYV CE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 72, WITHIN THE CITY of JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the Oity of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary and
other purBoses that ther must be constructed as soon as possible
in Sewer istrict No. 72, as established by Ordinance a sanitary
sewer and 'it is ordered that the same be made and constructed without
unnecessary delay andthat the said district sewer be connected with
and into the present sewer at station 37 plus 06 on the Northwest
Main.
SECTION 2. That the said sewer shall begin at Station 37 plus
06 on the Northwest Plain Sewer; thence South 6 degrees West (Magnetic)
156.3 feet; thence turning an angle of 16 degrees and 23 minutes
to the left, 157.7 feet; thence turning an angle of 82 degrees and
12 minutes to the left, 105.0 feet; thence turning an angle of 36
degrees and 18 minutes to the right, 207.7 feet; thence turning an
angle of 11 degrees and 24 minuted to the right, 245.7 feet; thence
turning an angle of 25 degrees and 06 minutes to the left, 155.3.
�lso beginning at the Marxhole on the north side of St. Diary's
oulevard at Ohio Street; thence west along St. Mary'; 'you levard,
205.0 feet. "lso beginning at a point 10 feet west of the west line
of the north and south a Iley on the west side of Dulle 's Addition
and in the center of an east and west alley; thence 0outh 61 degrees
and 45 minutes East (Magnetic) 112.6 feet; thence turning an angle
of 22 degrees and 15 minutes to the left, 248.0 feet; thence turning
an angle of 16 degrees and 10 minutes to the left, 355.4 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
provided by ordinance and shall be eannstructed of standard glazed
and cast iron pewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans
axxd specifications of the City Engineer.
SECTION 0. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage arxd approval.

AN ORDIAANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE R OADWAY OF ATCHISON STREET
FROM THE EAST CURB LINE OF JACKSON STREET--EAST 487.5 FEET.
BE IT RODAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, h.ISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Atchison
Street, from the east curb line of Jackson Street-- east 487. 5 feet
be acid hereby is established as follows: Beginning at the center line
of Atchison Street where the same intersects the east curb line of
Jackson Stree , where the elevation of the grade shall be 233.2;
thence 50 feet on hk uniform grade where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 234.12; thence 100 feet on a vertical curve where the
elevation of the grade shall be 232. 64; tthence 100 feet on a vertical
