SECTI•,:' 10. Procedure when infection suspoctod.When suspicion
arises as to the possibility of transmission of infection from any
restaurant employee the health officer is authorized to require any or
all the following r-nessures: (1 ) the immediate exclusion of the employee
from all restaurants; (2) the immediate cicsinrr of the restaurant concerned
until further danger of disease outbroal-, exists in the opinion of the
health officer; (3) a0equate medical examinations of the er-!-I)loyees and
of his associates, with such laboratory exro.minaticns as may be indicated.
SECTIO'-: 11. Vnforcement interpretation. ,-'his crCiinance shall be

SECTION 12. Penalties. -"-ny person who violates any provision of
this ordinance shall be fined not more than 00 or by imprison-pent
of not to exceed 30 days in jail at the discretion of the court having
jurisdiction. Lach and every violation of the provisions of this ordi-
nance shall constitute a separate offense .
SECTION 13. Repeal and date of effect. 1 11 ordinmces ari.d. )arts of
ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repeliled., and this
ordinance stall be in force and effect immediately upon its adoptlon
and its publication as provided by law.
SECTIOI,!. 14. Unconstitutionality cla-use hould any section,

unconstitutional or invalid for ,)-m reason,, the remainder of said ordi-
nance shall not be affected thereby.
