in the Post-Tribune, a drily newspaper, printed and published in the
City of Jefferson., fv`issouri , and a maJority of the residentx owners of
property along said section of Atcl--,ison 5treet liable forthe costs of
said improvement, and who -)wn a mr; lo-,,ity of the front feet on said
Atchison Street intended to be im,)roved, have not filed with the City
