SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of the alley
running east and west in the 1 ock between 11amlln, 11nrt, High and
McCarty Streets, in the City of Jefferson, Myssouri , be and hereby is
established as follows : 3ec.inrri.ng at the west edge of the gutter on
the west side of Hamlin Whore the same intersects thecenter line of
the above mentioned alley, ,,here the elevation of the f;rode is , 160.60;
thence 198 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the 'Trade
shall be, 159.00; thence 25 feet or' a vertical curve where the elevatio
of the grade shall be, 159. 17; thence 25 feet on a vertical curve where
the elevation of the grade shall be, 160. 20; tbnnee 203. 5 feet on a
uniform grade to the east edge of the flutter on the east side of
Hart Street, where the elevation of the ,-rade is 1130.£30.
