LIGHT CCMPANY (hereinafter designated as "Utility") has agreed to furnish, maintain and operate, a lighting system for the lighting of the public streets in the City of Jefferson, a municipal corporation of the State of 10, Issouri (hereinafter designated as III-.11unicipality" ) in accordance with the provisions hereinafter setforth# I-TOW T'PEREFOT'E;., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUvCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO71 C C O?T NTY OF 0 r,E STATE OF VISSOURI: Section 1. That Utility, in consideration of promises herein made by Municipality, does hereby agree to furnish, operate and maintain a street lighting system for the lighting of the streets, avenues arid other public places in said 1-!unicipality.
