SECT IOR 1. That the Gity council of the City of Jefferson,
V ssouri , hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health
acid comfort of the inhnbitptas',of the city, and for sar_itary pur,:)oses
that there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District
No. 73, as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer a.ccl it is ordered
that the sare be made and. constructed without unnecessary delay and
that the said district sewer be connected with and into the present
sewer at Statation 5 plus 96 on the I;orthwest Y ain Sevier.
SEC":-101, 2. That the said sewer shall begin at Station 5 plus
96 oc- the Northwest ''•ain Sever; thence nort>lxvasterly 61.8 feet to a
point on the east line of Vista Place 60 feet north of the so, theist
corner thereof; thence north along; the east line of vista Place 451 feet
to the south line of an alley; thence westerly alonj- the south line of
said alley and the south line of lots 18 and 19 of Vista Place 95. 2 feet.
SECTIOI; 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications
of the �'ity Engineer.
