fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdixvision.

THEREFORE, the plat of land of ,the said Tom C . Strong and

being within the cor'-)orate limits of the City of Jefferson, Wissouri,
as shown by the said plat hereto attached q-,-id made a part of this
Ordinaicel is h,-reby accepted a;id approved by the G itu OBuncil ofthe
city of Jefferson, Flissouri , arid the 1"ayor of said City; and the City
Clerk of the "ity of Jefferson, Missouri ., after passage aird appr6val
of this Ordinance, is hereby directed to endorse acceptance and
approval of said plat thereon, and to certify to the approval of same
under the Seal of the said City of Jefferson, 1,,.issouri.
Section 2. 'his Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with t is ordinance are hereby repealed.
