That it is hereby declared unlawful to park any vehicle along
the northerly side of the 600 block Westl--ain Street in front of the
building known as 6:::6 Viest Wain Street, commencing at a oci nt 75 feet
8 inches feet easterly cf the northeasterly corner of the intersection
of Bolivar a.nd 1'd -st jl, ain Streets, running thence easterly 40 feet, except
in the actual boria fide loading ad unloading of freight and merchandise
and then only for a period not to exceed fifteen miutes for such )ur-
poses. This "rdinance shall be arid become effective immediately upon
its passage acrd approval as provided by the Ordinances of the City of
Jefferson.

notice stating that all parties are hereby notified that the City

first meeting after said j ublication had been made, and that public
