S.:. CTION 1. That the City Council of the �'it,'r of Jefferson, Pl*issouri ,
hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary
purposes and for the health of its inImbittri.its cf the City to es-
tablish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District 1%,"o. 75, and
said District sewer to be established with location and boi.indaries as
follolis:
Begin.,_inr at a point on the southerly line of Outlot ho. 73,
310 feet easterly of the so-,ithwesterly corner thereof; thence northerly
at rif.-I-it an-le to the southerly line of said Outiot, 150.0 feet; thence
easterly perallel to the soutl-.ierly line of said Outlot, 622.0 feet; thence
southerly parallel to the rvesterly line of 0;.itlots 73 m d 65 for a
distance of ' 30.0 feet; thence westerly -parallel to the northerly line
of Outlot 65, for a distaice of 622. 0 feet. thence northerly 190 feet
to the point of beginning.
SECTIOI: 2. All Ordinances of ;.)arts of 'rdinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.

sewer at station 43 plus 66 on t,e Last 11,ain Sewer.
SECTION 2. That the said sewer shall begin at Station 43 plus
66 o:- the East "'ain Street; thence easterly aL ong the center line of
the Schott 'load, 550 feet; also becrinning at the intersection of the
Sch6tt 'load avid I.eison Lrive; thence southerly al ong the center line
of the 111oldon Drive 179. 5 feet.
SEICTI Oj,: 3. Said sevier shall be constructed in all respects as
provided by Ordinance and shall lbe constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed accordin,r7 to the plans and specifica-
tions of the City Engineer.
