Section 1. here Is hereby ' evied and assessed at the rate

against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting
on the roadway of Fillmore Street, from the east curb line of

for the improvement of the roadway Fillmore Itreet aforesaid, in-
cluding suct! grading as rray be necessary for the reception of a

provement of said street gird the number for front feet fronting
or abutting said roadway of said Fillmore Street aforesaid, be-
tween the aforesaid streets amounts to 390. 0 running feet; the

Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement
of said roadway of Fillmore Street, from the east lurb line of
Tvf,-nroe Street east 200 feet, there is hereby levied arid assessed
the sum of 1$5. 7846 as a special tax against each front foot of
ground fronting or abutting said roadway of Fillmore Street be-
tween the aforesaid streets,- acid contained in such lot or niece of
ground fronting or abutting said improved roadway of said Pillmore
Street, from the east curb line of T, onroe Street, east 200 feet.
