the annuai City Election of each year or as soon t,-.ereafter as possible,

be a member of said Board of "ealth and shall serve in that capacity
until the first re)-.-ular meeting after the next succeeding annual
election of the City.
Section 2. The Smoke Dnspector shall also perform the duties
as now provided by ordinance for the Restaurant and Food Ins -)ector
of the City of Jefferson at-:d shall posses the f ollowing qualifications:
A Vinimixrq of two (2) year College with study in 3asic Science
(Cher, ist •y, Bacteriology and or 3iology), and pleasing personality and
ability to meet and work with people or our (4 ) years exoerience in
the field of I.,lilk or rood Lanitation, arid pleasing personality and
ability to meet and work with people; an.6 for his extra services as
Restaurant and Food Inspector ne shall receive an additional-� com-

Section 3. All ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict
with tr-•is ordinance are hereby repealed.
