RESOI1JTION APPROVING THE RI~tI~AL OF
AIIIYa'OLIC B~GE O0NTROL LICI~ISE NO. 1201-33-001-007

Wtfl~, pursuant to an Act, entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Bever-
ages'', as amended and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by the
Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of
New Jersey, application for renewal has been made by ENRIQUE R. GIORDANO,
holder of A.B.C. License No. 1201-33-001-007, for the 1998-1999 License
Term in proper form and has paid the necessary fees therefor; and
W~, no objections have been made as to the application made for re-
newal by said applicant; and
W~, said licensee applied the the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic
Beverage Control for an 'AD IN'r~RIM PERMIT' and said permit was granted
and issued on July 1, 1998, being Special Permit No. 99000031, Ad Interim
Permit, and shall remain in force and effect until the issuing authority of
the Borough of Carteret shall adjudicate upon the permittee's application
for License Renewal; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Division of Taxation, A.B.C. Clearance Section, did,
on July 1, 1998 notify the NJ Division of A.B.C. Licensing Bureau that an
A.B.C. Licensee Retail Clearance Certificate for Renewal had been issued
to A.B.C. License No. 1201-33-001-007, held by ENRIQUE R. GIORDANO, and
said certificate was received by the Municipal Clerk of the Borough of
Carteret (the issuing authority) on July 6, 1998.
NOW, RI~REFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEP~YRESOLV~D, by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, that Plenary Retail Consumption License be and
is hereby granted and issued to ~NRIQUE R. GIORDANO, holder of A.B.C. Li-
cense No. 1201-33-001-007, premises located at 1512 Roosevelt Avenue,
Carteret New Jersey 07008, for the 1998-1999 License Term as herein set
out below; and
BE IT FURTH]~tRF~LV~, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby author-
ized and directed to issue an Alcoholic Beverage Control License to the
applicant in accordance with application heretofore made and approved,
having said license become effective July 1, 1998 and to expire June 30,
1999.
BE IT FUR~RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded with original application and proper fee, to the State of New
Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087,
Trenton~ New Jersey 08625-0087.
Adopted the 20th day of July, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on JULY 21~ 1998.
