SECT1011 1. Whenever an official bond is required by ordinance to be
filed by elective or 9 -.)pointive officers of the �'it-Y of Jefferson, said
bond shall be in the form of a surety bond, issued by some company
licensed to do business i X-ssouri, and in such sum as is now or may
hereafter be by ordinance required; Said bond or bonds shall contain
the conditions now or hereafter prescribed by ordnance, and t he pro - I
mium or costs of said bond or bonds shall be paid by the �jity of Jefferson.

Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in c onflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
