- Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance I-Tumber 5180 of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to restaurants, be and the
same is hereby repealed, and that a new section be eiiacted in lieu
thereof relating to t,)e saifie sulb. ect, to be known as Section 2 and
to read as f ollows:
"Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to o ?erate
a restaurant in the City of Jefferson who does riot possess an
unrevoked permit from the Health Officer. Such perrit shall be
Issued for a term of six (6) months, and shall be posted in a
conspicuous place. -'ersons who corply with the requirements of
this ordinance shall be e,.titled to receive such )crmit for a
fee of Two Dollars ($2.00) , acid may retain such )-ermit for the
