AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, a
Municipal �;orporation., is hereby authorized and directed to sign
and execute on behalf of the City of Jefferson, Missouri ., a certain
lease., the terms of said lease to hie as follows., to-wit:

THIS INDE11TURE OF, LEASE., narid and entered into this
day of '"ay, 1950, by and between the City of Jefferson Missouri,
a 14unicipal , orporation, hereinafter refereed to as Lessor, and
Edward Itodeman and Edmund "odeman, of the aunty of Cole., State of
Missouri, hereinafter referred to as Lessees, lv',ITI?ESSETH:
That the .-aid Lessor has this day leased unto the said
Lessees., the following described property, situated in the County
of Callaway, State of I.-Ilissouri, to-wit:
jO he tracts and parcels of land as shown on
Exhibit "A" hereunto attached and made a
part hereto., containing eighty (80) acres,
more or less.
for the period beginning on the day of 111ay, 1950 and
ending on the 15th day of October, 19529 -and the said Lessees,
in consideration of the leasing of the above mentioned premises
hereby covenants and agrees with the said Lessor to pay to the
said Lessor as rent for the sane, as follows, to-wit:

per acre per year for all acerage shown on
the attached Exhibit "A", said acerage to be
determieed by the Lessees, the t'Ity Engineer
of the ity of Jefferson and the Airport
Manager- for the Oity of Jefferson, V.-issouri;
said rent payable in the following manner:
As soon as thd acerage has been mutually agredd
upon, the Lessees shall pay to the Lessor the
sum of which is one-half of the
