resident o.°tiers of property along said section of i3oltonm Drive liable
for the costs of said improvement , and w' o own a maiority of the front
feet on said Bolton Drive i.ntended to be improved, have ::ot filed with
the City clerk a protest against said contemplated improvement.
SECTIO`1 2. That the saidr oad of Bolton Drive from the inter-
section cf Bolton Drive and Davis Street to the center of the inter-
section of Davis Street and t he n ast lie of lot 10 block 2 13run's
2nd Addition be paved i.ith penetration bituminious madadam or Port-
land cement concrete in accordance the the plans and specifications
submitted by the City En`ineer and filed in the office of the City
Clerk, and that the total cost of the work aforesaid shall be charged
Pnd lavied as a special assessment against the real estate abutting
and frontinf on said. contemplated improvement, and special tax bills x1l
shall be issued t'-erefor, as provided in the City Charter, aiid in Section
764,765,766, and 767 of Chapter 13. of the Revised Ordinances o f the
City of Jefferson, 1.: sso..ri, 1°41, and of the Revised Statutes of the
State of Missourig 1949, and arnend,rerits thereto.
S1ECTICI,.: 3. The City Lngineer is 'hereby instructed to advettise
for bids for this improvement.
SECTION 4. `ihis Ordinance shalltake effect and be in force
from and after its )assaE e and approval.
